All Player dues must be received no later than March 7, 2010.    Any player who is cut prior to March 7 will receive a full refund of their dues/helmet in the form of cash  or check.  Helmets will not be ordered until the week of March 7.

Early Bird Discount of $50 if received before January 21

Team Helmet Cascade CPX or newer.  All players are required to have a team helmet (Black Shell/Red Brim/Red Chin) by March 7, 2010

We receive a competitive discount team rate of $120 for Cascade CPX with chrome mask.  Titanium mask available (add $60)
